Welcome to Fanoni Health Docs
What is Fanoni?
Fanoni is a headless, AI-native EHR with a multi-cloud FHIR foundation. Customers bring their own cloud (GCP, Azure, AWS, on-prem) — Fanoni provides the clinical workspace, 23 specialty AI agents, and the gateway that routes per-tenant. See Architecture for the full design.
